Palette-Swap Ninja, whom I have never heard of before, is a parody band who focus on geek culture. This year, in honor of the 40th anniversary of Star Wars: A New Hope and the 50th Anniversary of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Heart’s Club Band they did what anyone would naturally do — mashed up the two.

Snicket Blake, to whom I am somehow related, has directed a new film. Her last one, was pretty good, too.
Gene Wilder passed away yesterday. He was a comic genius who will forever be remembered for films like Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein and Willy Wonka. But even in smaller, less known films, he shined.
A student once asked me to find a zombie film where the zombies had a character arc. Here ya go.

My niece Riley just made her first film. I think it’s awesome. There’s some wonderful raw talent here.
